I was amazed when I was reading this, as my experience with Bank of America and my attempts to submit and secure a HAMP loan modification was, and is, almost identical. I could change and add a few details and this blog post would be telling my story. I have recently submitted a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding my ongoing situation and am anxious to see if there will be any resolution in my situation. I am wondering what happened in with you and your clients  communications and loan modification attempts with Bank of America. I would also like to be able to speak with Ms. Green at the HAMP solution center.]]></description>
